Westwood Parish Room BA15 2AF

Westwood Parish Room adjacent to your church is a multi-function facility that can be used for a variety of community uses in a pleasant and picturesque setting. The rooms originally built at the end of the nineteenth century were recently refurbished and have been providing excellent facilities for hire, teas and village lunches for 5 years now.

In the summer months (April - September) the Manor Teas match the National Trust Westwood Manor opening times of Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays (2-5 pm). These are excent teas for 5.00 a head.

In the winter months (October - March) the Parish Room Charity puts back into your community by providing on the last Tuesday of the month Village Lunches of soup/roll, tea/coffee and cake, all for a very reasonable donation.

Always striving to provide activities for the local community, the Parish Rooms host Yoga, Pilates and Art classes weekly, and are always responding to requests for other activities in these popular surroundings.

If you would like to know more, volunteer or hire the Parish Room please contact Chris Burwell at bookingsparishrooms@gmail.com

And finally, we will be undertaking refurbishment of the ancient 18th century roof this year to ensure that the Westwood Parish Rooms continue to provide a village asset well into the next century. That will result in unsightly scaffolding for a couple of weeks, but we will have reused the original tiles and improved the roof integrity, insulation and weatherproofing.
